Need help getting a property deposit to us? We strive to make things as easy as possible.
Congratulations, you have an accepted offer on a property. There are various methods to have your deposit sent to our Trust account. The agent working with you will provide you with our banking details so you can do a wire transfer, a direct deposit, or an email transfer. Alternatively, you may mail or priority post a check or money order to our office. Finally you can drop the deposit in to the office and one of our agents or staff will provide you with a written receipt.

To complete a wire transfer, contact us, and we will provide you with the details you need to complete this process. Phone 877-535-2485 and ask for Vickie. She can assist you. Or have your bank call. We are there to make the process easy.
To email transfer, you must have online banking. This process will vary according to your bank. Generally, you can only etransfer 2000-3000 dollars a day. If your deposit is more, you may need to complete more than one transfer. Be sure to consult us so we have the password.
