As a new real estate agent to the industry we will train you to organize and maintain a customer data base, teach you how to market, sell, and maintain good working relationships with customers, clients and fellow Realtors. You will mentor with an experienced Realtor, helping you to form a lasting and rewarding Real Estate Career. Our mentor program lasts from 1-3 years, including online training as well. Continued education is an important part of your developing the skills to have a rewarding career in Real Estate
As an experienced Realtor joining our team, we will train you to use our marketing system, and how to be an independent sales associate, running your own business. We will help you to reach your financial goals while maintaining a good quality of life. As a Mortgage Specialist, joining our team, we will provide you with online training, as well as in house training. We teach you to grow and maintain a data base of clients, so you build an ongoing client list, creating ongoing future business. Banking experience would be an asset but not essential, as our training with back office database will provide all the tools you will require to be successful Again, education is the key to sucess. We will provide the necessary tools to run an independent business, as a financial sales associate to be a success, while teaching you to manage relationships with bankers, Realtors, contractors, and lawyers.
